The year 11 pupils had the opportunity to taste life at Halesowen College should they chose to attend there. The students were given a tour of the college with particular attention being shown to the areas that interested the pupils the most. Following this they had a 1 hour Media lesson that focused on genre, narrative and representation in horror films. Overall the pupils scored it 10 for usefulness and 10 for recommending it to others. Tom said “I gathered what the atmosphere of the college was like and thought about possible course choices”.
